How does a project with Arsera start?
With a meeting to understand goals, context and constraints. Then an analysis of existing systems and a proposal with scope, phases and the most suitable engagement model.
Do you work on software built by others?
Yes. It is the heart of ARSERA EVO: we analyse existing code and architecture, stabilise it and evolve it without stopping operations.
Which engagement model should I choose?
It depends on how defined the scope is: fixed scope when requirements are clear, time & material when experimentation is needed, managed service for ongoing support and enhancements. We decide together.
Do you also handle maintenance after release?
Yes: support, maintenance, enhancements and infrastructure management. Many clients have worked with us for years on the same platform.
Where are you, and how do you work with remote clients?
We are based in Parma. We work with companies across Italy and abroad, meeting in person at key stages and staying in constant contact remotely.
